The duties and responsibilities of the Board of Directors include overseeing the operation of association business to include maintenance of community common areas (retention ponds etc.) and has a fiduciary responsibility to the homeowners to enforce the CONDITIONS and RESTRICTIONS of the COVENANTS. 

The board consists of the following nine volunteer members:
