Welcome to the Silver Lakes West (a.k.a. Sheffield) web site.   The Sheffield neighborhood is located in The Crossings  near Lake Mary in beautiful Seminole County, FL "Florida's Natural Choice."  

 Sheffield is a deed restricted community.  If you own a home in the Sheffield community you are a MEMBER of the Homeowners' Association.  The association is a Florida registered not for Profit Corporation and has an elected Board of Directors.
